Trust me... I know firsthand what it's like to "be all over the place" yet no where at the same time. During my 8-month "Eat, Pray, Love" journey around the world several years ago, my first stop was in India... or I should say that I booked a one-way ticket to India and started my journey there and the rest is history!  I went to a yoga ashram and one day I asked the "medical guru" there what was wrong with me. He said "nothing, you have monkey brain". I laughed. He didn't. Then it got serious. So tell me more about this monkey brain and how do I fix it, I asked him?  He said I just needed to calm down and focus on the present, and the rest will fall into place. He was right! My journey led me to a silent meditation center and that was the game-changer for me. It was then that I decided to learn more so I could bring that beautiful gift to the rest of the world.


Life is truly too short to waste it on cluttered thoughts and emotions while we spin our wheels tirelessly and get no where. This work that I've done has truly transformed my life, and it's my mission now to share it with you.
